This Apple Strudel is made from scratch with the finest ingredients. You can either order a whole or a half.

The strudel dough is stretched until you can look through it, then we add melted butter, sour crème, apples, rum-raisins, and sugar & cinnamon to the dough. Add more melted butter, roll the dough up and bake it. The delicious smell of baked apples and cinnamon usually permeates our entire bakery. ;-)

Once the apple strudel is done baking we let it cool and finally cover it with confectioners sugar.

You can eat the apple strudel just like it is or heat it up slightly in the microwave and eat it with a scoop of vanilla ice cream, whip crème, or a vanilla sauce!
