Our Mandelhörnchen, German for almond horns, are a naturally gluten-free sweet treat made from our made from scratch marzipan, almond meal and sugar, then rolled in almond slices. Once they are baked we apply a thin apricot glaze and dip the end in ghirardelli chocolate.
These Almond cookies are moist and chewy on the inside with a crunchy almond texture on the outside.
