This order is for 1x32 oz Beer Bread.
This is an amazing Rye/Wheat Sourdough bread made with dark lager beer. It is a mild, very filling bread. Great with everything from jam to lunch meat or with a good bowl of soup!
Here is a suggestion of how we eat it;
This is a Quark(Curd) Spread. Since quark or curd is hard to find in the US you can substitute it with either Sour cream or Cottage Cheese.
You will need:
16 oz. Cottage Cheese or Sour Cream
1 medium diced onion
a good amount of freshly chopped chives
4-6 tbsp. milk/heavy crème
Sea salt
Add all ingredients to a blender and mix until it has a smooth consistency (not runny). Add Sea salt for taste and you are done. Keep leftovers refrigerated.
